• The company will rearrange an another delivery time with the customer if the company for whatever reason fails to deliver to customer (subject to availability)
  • Gem Dry Cleaners reserves the right to charge £15.00 call out charge if the customer is unable at present as agreed for collection/delivery
  • If the customer repeatedly unavailable for collection/delivery we have the right to decline or cancel any order which has been made
  • Payments must be done by credit/debit card before delivery of goods for customers
  • The company will return (without cleaning) any orders that is marked more items that actually it has received




  • Gem Dry Cleaners takes no responsibility for belts/buckles/buttons/zips/ painted logos or any accessory attached or contained during the cleaning process
  • Please check your order before you leave the shop or on collection as we cannot be responsible for missing items, thereafter
  • Gem Dry Cleaners reserves the right to dispose of any orders not collected after 3 month. We will not be responsible any claim for items after this time
  • Any complaints or potential claims must be returned unworn or unused with the original packaging that the item was collected in. Failure to do so will invalidate any potential complaint/claim
  • Gem Dry Cleaners will return any items without any clear labeling. However, if the customer would like to go ahead with the cleaning process we acquire a written confirmation from customer that the risk in processing is accepted by them
  • The company accepts no responsibility for items that suffers colour loss
  • The company will not be liable in any way for damage not caused by the cleaning process




  • Where compensations are due by the company to the customer either in the case of damage or loss then compensations will be paid for age and condition of the item(s)
  • Where compensations are due by the company to the customer, the company will pay an amount not equivalent to the new price but based on the age and condition of the item at the time of loss or damage by the company. This will be a discounted price from the new price
  • Any claim settled by the company will be on condition that it is accepted by the customer as full and final settlement and it will be made in the form of a credit note




  • Gem Dry Cleaners does not accept credit card payments for less than £15.00 If it is under £15.00 a £5.00 supplement applies
  • Gem Dry Cleaners does not accept cheque payments
  • The Company reserves the right to charge 5% interest on overdue monies or suspend servicing the customer if the order remain unpaid
  • Any physical or verbal abuse implied towards the company's employees, we deserve the right to decline services to the customer
